County League Application Form
Use this form if your club wishes to apply to join the Gloucester County League.
Registration and Transfer Forms
Note that a Transfer Form must be submitted with a completed Registration Form for the new club. Registration forms may be submitted as a scanned copy with the club retaining the original until the season ends.
Use the 2007 version if you can as Internet Explorer can try and open the older format version with the incorrect file name. If you are having problems save the file then save as ".xls" not ".xlt" or ask for a copy to be e-mailed to you

Match Report Form
Use this form to report match results.
Away Team Ground Report Form
Away Teams should use this form to report on the facilities of their hosts.
Referees Performance Form
To be completed by the club for each match and sent to the Referees Secretary
To be completed by the Referee following a pitch inspection and forwarded by the Home club to the Registrations secretary if a match is postponed.
Referees Match Form
To be completed by the Referee for each match and sent to the Registration Secretary and the Referees Secretary, with teamsheets sent to the registrations secretary
