Applications must be received by 31st January.
Ground Grading Requirements are found on pages 50-56 of the League Handbook (PDF version below). Clubs will only be considered for membership if they are eligible under Gloucestershire FA regulation 7, reproduced on pages 58-60 of the League Handbook for reference.
Registration forms are only required for the two permitted on the day signings and may be submitted as a scanned copy with the club retaining the original until the season ends. All registrations and Transfers must be completed on the FA's Player Registration System

Use this form to report match results, including referee performance, Ground and Respect details
To be completed by the Referee for each match and sent to the Registration Secretary and Referee Appointments Officer, with teamsheets sent to the registrations secretary
To be completed by the Referee following a pitch inspection and forwarded by the Home club to the Registrations secretary if a match is postponed.
